Madison slept surprisingly well after what had happened. She just felt so comfortable in his arms, where she was supposed to be. She knew she wanted to spend as much of her life as she could with Nate. And the fact that they had both just given up something so important but she wouldn't have wanted to do it with any one but Nate. He meant the world to her. He was so important. Waking up she stretched and rolled over and looked around. She was sleeping on the couch because the sheets on her bed needed to be washed for various reasons. She had changed into pajama's after Nate left, her wig was off and she ran a hand over her smooth bald head. It made her cry again, it always makes her cry when she looks in the mirror because she thinks shes so ugly. She knows she cant help the fact that the cancer makes her look anorexic again, or that she actually enjoys being that skinny. She thinks its the only thing that makes her look pretty but she is trying.
She likes the fact that Nate doesn't think shes ugly. She is happy for the fact that he loves her and that he wants to be with her. She took a shower and made a quick call when she got out. The person that had made the blond wig for her was going to be by very shortly with a curly light brown wig that looked exactly like her old hair, she was mainly changing it because Nate liked it and she really did miss her old hair. About half an hour after she called she was in a pair of black skinny jeans, gold ballet flats and a long sleeved flowing black shirt that was low cut and had a cute gold sash that tied in the back around her stomach. There was a knock on the door and she let the guy in. He had a light brown curled wig that looked exactly like her old her.
He helped her put it on and made sure to do it correctly so it wouldn't fall off no matter what. No one out side of the hospital besides Nate knew she had cancer. Well so far, she was planning something special, she wanted to wait till she was a little better and then do a benefit concert. All the proceeds would go to cancer research for kids. She was going to ask Nate to help her do it. Grabbing her big black Prada purse she slipped a pair of black aviator sunglasses over her eyes and sat on the steps infront of her cabin waiting for Nate to get there so they could go down to the limo and to the hospital. She balanced her guitar case on her lap and drummed her fingers a little. She was happy for once, it was a good feeling.

I'M THAT BLOOD YOU NEED IN YOUR CAR WHEN YOU SPEED you can't get rid of me we'll never say goodbye ___________________________________________________ There was something just putting a pep in Nate's step today. Then again, last night was probably the reason. Every boy was happy the day after he lost his virginity. Let's just throw it out there that it was also to a famous pop star. But that wasn't it at all. Nate loved her more than just because she was famous.
It was weird, that he was dating someone completely different. It killed him to think about it, but he hadn't thought about Emma all night last night. This morning he had woken up feeling terrible about her, but he still was excited. Soon enough, him and Emma would be over, and while that killed him in a way, he knew Madison would be the one to bring him to life again.
He just dreaded that conversation. Life was going to be hell after him and her talked this out. He still wasn't sure if he'd tell her about Madison. Just that they needed to be over. But then again, he had told Mitchie... and she would give him hell until he came out and told Emma himself. For now, though, he was just going to take it one day at a time and hope for the best.
The best right now, being Madison. And he needed to go ahead and go because he was about to be late to meet her. He put on a button up shirt, jeans, and brown converse, and walked out of his cabin, his guitar case swinging in his hand. He walked closer to her cabin and stopped, looking at her. She had gotten her brown hair back. A smile lit up his face as he walked over to her and sat his guitar down. "Hello beautiful." He said, reaching his hand down to grab hers and pull her up into a one-armed hug. They couldn't do anything more than that at camp until him and Emma were officially over. And that hadn't happened yet. In fact, he wasn't sure that was going to happen. He loved Madison, but he really liked Emma, as well. And while Nate wasn't the type to backstab people, he got a thrill out of having this secret, and while it confused the hell out of him, he wondered just how long it could go until he got caught. When people found out, his life was gonna be hell anyways, why not enjoy it while it lasted?
He touched her hair and grinned again. "I'm loving the hair." He said, hugging her once more as the limo pulled up. There was just something about riding in a limo that Nate loved. It was the one thing he actually loved most about being famous. Well, besides touring and playing music and meeting fans. Okay, so there were many things he loved. He walked up to the door as the limo driver got out and opened the door.
He held out his hand to Madison in an 'after you' gesture, and wouldn't deny that his eyes trailed over her as she climbed in. He pushed his guitar in the door after her, passing it to her to be sat in the floor, and he climbed in. It was a regular limo, but it was one of Nate's favorites. Most of their limos had a clear window in the front. This one had a solid piece that moved up to block the limo driver from seeing the backseat. Good. He didn't need nosey limo drivers listening to their conversation.
He was sure the man knew where they were going, and he flipped the switch, with a smile as the driver got back in the car and took off. It was odd, that Nate was going with Madison to the hospital, but as soon as the car took off, he put his arm around her shoulders and kissed her forehead. "How are you feeling today?" He asked, wanting to make sure she was feeling okay. Not only about last night, but about today. She was going to get treatment. Nate was a little nervous, to be honest. He wasn't really sure about this whole chemo thing. All he knew was that they'd be injecting her, and that she may be getting sick afterwards. It was going to kill him to see her in pain, and while he thought about it, his grip tightened around her frail body... but he'd do whatever it took to make her day better. He was in love with this girl, and he would do anything he could to protect her.

Nate was running a little late and Madison was just about to go back to sleep and skip chemo but as she was standing up she felt some one pull her into a hug. She loved the feeling of being in his arms because she felt safe and she loved him. She had always loved him but now he was finally realizing that, or at least she hoped so. Last night was definitely something you did with some one you loved. She was really happy about what happened last night, she didn't that Nate had that in him and she was surprised. She just hoped he was as pleased as she was with what happened last night. She felt her stomach grumble a little bit and she blushed. She didn't realize how hungry she was until now but she never ate before chemo. She usually ate after chemo and wound up throwing it up. It was really hard to be sick from the chemo and have to keep your blood sugar up. This was really difficult for her and she was still surprised she hadn't given up. But every time she looked at Nate he made her smile and realize that she had something to live for, him.
She hugged him back tight and looked up into his eyes, when he touched her hair it sent shivers down her spine. She loved the feeling she got when he touched any part of her body, even if it was something as simple as her hair or her shirt, it always set her skin on fire. She loved the spark he gave her because it always made her feel wanted and special and she loved that because every one only ever considered her the stuck up bitchy pop star but only Nate knew how she really was. She was sweet, willing to help people even when she needed it her self. No one got to know her except Nate but she was ok with him being her only friend. She was glad he brought his guitar because she wanted to give some of the other cancer kids and sick kids a little show and something to smile about. Since Madison was 17, she was still stuck in the pediatric section but that was o with her because she liked hanging out with the little kids, she was glad she could make them smile. "I'm glad you like the hair I got it especially for you." She smiled big and bright at him and blushed and looked at her shoes. He always made her blush.
She smiled and got in the car and set both their guitar cases on the ground and smirked as he put the window between them and the driver up. Madison snuggled up to him the second he put his hand around her and she felt him kiss her forehead. She shrugged a little, "Better now that your here. I'm glad you are coming with me." She kissed his cheek and her fingers messed with an old hemp bracelet on her wrist. It had a little bead that had an N on it, it stood for Nate. He had given it to her 4 years ago when they were on tour and Connect 3 was opening up for her. She had kept it ever since then and never took it off. It was her good luck charm and it made her smile when she was going threw chemo and just when ever she looked down at it. She had kept everything Nate had given her, even if it was just something simple like a note, everything from him was special. "So Uhm this will take like half an hour I think but I was thinking we could do we got the party with us for the kids before it starts or something." She bit her lip sort of forgetting that she had all ready told him that the day before. The chemo was making her forgetful, but she knew it would pass soon because she was getting better. "Then we got the whole day to our selves because we got our classes taken care of." Madison felt like a bad counselor cause she was almost never there. But she couldn't help it. She rested her head on his chest listening to his heart beat. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I'M THAT BLOOD YOU NEED IN YOUR CAR WHEN YOU SPEED you can't get rid of me we'll never say goodbye ___________________________________________________ They got in the limo and Madison snuggled up to him after the middle window went up. That's the Madison he knew and loved. He just smiled and looked down, watching her movements. She was playing with a hemp bracelet and it looked vaguely familiar. It turned around as she was playing with it and his eyes got wide. "Holy shit Madison!" He said, moving his arms and putting his hands down to her wrist. He turned it around and examined it a little closer. "You kept this after all these years?" Well, four years wasn't that long, but damn, to keep a hemp bracelet that long took skill. Hemp got soft really easily and usually was gone in like, 2 years. He had seen her wearing it before, but it had never occurred to him that it had been the one he'd given her.
He smiled at her suggestion. "Yeah, that, and I just finished a new song I'd like to play for you. Do they have a piano at the hospital anywhere?" He wasn't sure if they would, but in the kids wing they usually had more stuff than in the other places. And a piano was usually found in a lobby area or something. He said, smiling. He had written a song originally about his diabetes, but now that he thought about it, it was about Madison's cancer. It could also be about any kid or adult in the world with a problem. A little bit longer and they'd be fine. They just needed to have faith that they would be okay in the end.
He smirked. "That is true. The whole day to ourselves. Whatever will we do?" He said, snaking his arm behind her back and pulling her into his lap. He had been so unsure lately if he was going to end up with Madison or Emma. And while every time he hung out with Emma, he started wondering... every time he hung with Madison, he was for sure. And in the end, he'd pick the girl he never stopped thinking about. And right now, that girl was Madison. He wasn't sure how he'd end up telling Emma, or if he even would. He may just break it off and see where that goes. But at this moment, the fact he was cheating on Emma didn't cross his mind. He hadn't talked to her in two weeks, it didn't even feel like they were dating. Not exactly justification, but close enough for the time being.
He leaned up and kissed Madison softly at first, but let the kiss deepen a little bit. He knew there wouldn't be a repeat of last night, especially not in a limo, but damn this girl drove him wild. He pulled back from the kiss and looked up at her. She had affected him, but he could make that go away easily enough. He just smiled up at her, his eyes focusing into her electric blue ones. His face held concern. "Is it weird that I'm nervous? I don't want to watch anyone hurt you. And knowing that I can't stop them is killing me." He said, holding her a little tighter.
In a short amount of time, Madison had went from being the majority of his life, to being his whole life. He could barely stand the thought of her being in pain... let alone losing her. He reached his hands up to her face and pulled her down for a heart-stopping kiss again and he let her face go, their foreheads touching, his hands sliding down her sides to rest on her waist. "I can't stand the thought that I might lose you." He said, his eyes closing as he said the words, not wanting her to see the fear in his eyes. Madison couldn't help but laugh a little bit when he noticed the bracelet. "Of course I still have it. I remember the day you gave it to me. The last day of our tour. I have worn it ever since with a few minor repairs. Its my good luck charm. It makes me smile when ever I look at it and its like a little piece of you with me all the time. It is honestly one of the few things thats been helping me threw this all....Besides you of course." She winked and smiled at him and stopped messing with the bracelet. It was just a nervous habit of hers which was sort of a reason why she always kept it. It was either that or some other thing on her other wrist because her left wrist was always the one with his bracelet on it. "I think its time we make some new ones soon...This one is on its last legs." She held it up to her heart and smiled and continued listening to his heart beat. She felt so relaxed in his arms, she closed her eyes a little bit relaxing sort of just wanting to be lazy, she was always sort of lazy on chemo day's.
"Yeah there is a white grand piano in the lobby of the hospital. There is usually a guy playing it but I'm sure if you ask he wont pass up a chance to give the piano to Nate Gray." She was still surprised there was never any paparazzi crowding around the hospital. Then again it did have a lot of security so they probably couldn't get to it. She kept her cancer a secret but she was sure it was going to slip out some time. If it hadn't all ready. She just didn't want people to know cause she didn't want people to feel bad for her. She wasn't one of those people that loved sympathy in fact she hated it. She got enough of it when her mom and brother died and she did not want to go threw that again. "Hm whole day to our selves? I'm not sure. We have some time to think about it though." The hospital that Madison went to for chemo was not in Rockdale, it was about an hour away in a really big city because the one near camp rock didn't have an oncology unit.
She felt her heart stop again when he gave her one of those amazing kisses. He pulled her onto his lap and she sat so she was straddling him, her forehead against his. She breathed in his scent, it was intoxicating, it was like a drug and she wanted more of him every second she was with him. Her lips trailed over his, down his chin and across his neck. She still had her hair covering the hickey's on the back of her neck. She rested her head back against his content with just being in his arms like this. As long as she was with him or near him she was a happy camper. "They aren't hurting me Nate, they are helping me. They are killing the cancer cells and even if it makes me sick it still cures me in the long run...know what I mean? Its all ok I promise." She smiled reassuringly. She had been used to getting stuck with needles by now, not only from having to always prick her finger cause of her diabetes, which sucked because since she had a low white blood cell count when she bled it would bleed for a while, but she was used to getting IV's and such stuck in her. "Your my world Nate, I would never leave you. I promise." Her eyes locked with his and she knew she loved him. She wanted to be his girl, she hated the fact Emma got him when Madison was the one that should be with him.

I'M THAT BLOOD YOU NEED IN YOUR CAR WHEN YOU SPEED you can't get rid of me we'll never say goodbye ___________________________________________________ He nodded at the idea of making new bracelets. "That's very elementary school, but I'd be glad to make a new bracelet for you." He said, smiling at her. He couldn't wait, seriously. She made him feel like he could be a little kid again, and it was something he adored about her. Even though every time they were together, all that was on his mind was how much he wanted to kiss her. She just had that affect on him. But it was all good. He loved holding her. Seriously, he could probably hold her in his arms forever.
He laughed. "You say that as if I'm famous or something." He said, laughing. Sure, he was pretty famous among girls, but he didn't think an older man would have any idea who the hell he was. Either way, he'd be polite and ask nicely for the piano, because he wanted to play her a song. And, of course, he just adored playing piano. It was a passion of his, and anytime he got a chance to just be alone with a piano, he felt at peace.
She kissed down his chin and his neck and he felt on fire again. Not to mention she was straddling him. Damn her. She made things happen to him that would be very awkward when they got out of the limo later. Especially with how tight his jeans were. He smirked at that thought and left his hands on her waist, though he had moved them to be under her shirt where his hands were touching her skin. She reassured him that they were helping her instead of hurting her, and he tensed a little anyways.
He really couldn't imagine losing her. Not only because he was falling in love with her, but because she was his best friend. She had been there for him when no one else had and that was the thing he didn't want to lose. Sure, he loved kissing her and he loved what they had done yesterday (which definitely would be repeated again soon) Hell, they had already broken that rule, might as well enjoy it, right? But he couldn't stand the thought of waking up tomorrow and her not being there.
She looked down at him, he could feel it, and said that he was his world and she'd never leave him. He finally opened his eyes, they had been trying to water. And they had succeeded, but he wasn't crying. His eyes were just watery, I swear. He leaned forward and kissed her like it would be their last kiss ever. His arms pulled her as tight against his body as he could and his lips went from her lips down to her neck. He smirked at the marks he saw from yesterday and pulled back, his eyes still watery, looking up at her. "You can't promise me that, Madison." He said, letting one tear fall.
He hadn't really broken down about the fact that the cancer could possibly kill her. He had just tried to keep calm. I mean, yeah, he had freaked out while thinking about it. But he hadn't ever really cried. And he hated that he was letting her see it. But she truly meant that much to him. And she was now officially the only person to ever see him cry. "You can't promise me that you'll live through this. That you won't leave me. And ever since you've told me, I've had a nightmare every night that I'll wake up tomorrow and you won't be here." He said, holding her in his arms.
He truly was scared of losing her. And that thought alone scared the hell out of him. "Last night, I was afraid I was hurting you. I was afraid that I was going to hurt you and I'd lose you. And then afterwards, when you fell asleep in my arms, it felt like the world was perfect, but I still had this fear that I'd wake up and you'd be lying there lifeless. I'm being paranoid, I know. And I keep telling myself you're going to be fine. But there's always that chance that you won't be. And even that small chance is tearing me apart." He said, finally letting it all out. It wasn't often that Nate ever shared what he was thinking.
But then again, it wasn't often that Nate cared so much about something that he shed tears. His hands were shaking while still sitting on her hips and he looked down, not wanting to meet her eyes. She was supposed to be the weak one right now, and it was pissing him off that he was making it all about him. He shook his head and regained his composure. "I'm sorry, I was being stupid. You're gonna be fine. I know you will be." He said, leaning up and kissing her softly. He picked her up slightly and sat her in the seat next to him.
He moved forward and sat on the side seat, lying down on his back. He stretched out and regained his composure. He turned his head to look at her. "I'm really sorry, Maddie, I shouldn't have went off like that. It was stupid, I'm stupid." He said, turning his eyes to look back up at the roof of the car. He steadied his breathing out, waiting on her reaction to his freak out. He just couldn't stand thinking he was going to hurt her. Last night had been brilliant, but he truly had been afraid he would break her or something. [/blockquote] ___________________________________________________ POST STATUS: incomplete, duh. "Yeah I know but thats why I love it. I mean if you think about it we do little kid stuff all the time. Like that one time we made a fort at my house and we were like 15." She laughed a little shaking her head, she always had fun times with him even if they were acting 10 years younger then they really were, it was always just fun. She thought back to all the times that they had hung out or gotten in a fight, and the fact that they only got in a fight once or twice and usually over something stupid was good in her opinion. She paired that to him getting in a fight with Emma every day last year, she still didn't get why he dated her again, you weren't supposed to fight with the person you loved so maybe she was thinking that he didn't love Emma. Madison all ready knew that Nate loved her, after all he wouldn't be here right now with her if he didn't.
Madison laughed again and rolled her eyes. "Psh you famous? Yeah right, no one likes that cookie cutter pop star crap that you do." She stuck her tongue out at him and tickled his sides. Not many people knew that Nate Gray was ticklish but there was hardly anything about Nate Gray that Madison didn't know, heck she could write his Autobiography for him. She was his best friend and no matter what happened in life they would always be best friends. "Nate I will try my hardest to keep that promise. You are to important to me for me to leave you." She pressed her forehead against his and looked into his eyes. She noticed they were watering and it broke her heart. "Don't be sad Nate, please don't. The doctors all ready said that I
